Refund & Return Policy
KHO Customs Return Policy for Custom Calls
At KHO Customs, every call is handmade and completely unique — no two are ever the same. Each one is crafted as a true 1-of-1, which means returns are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return
• Custom calls may only be returned if there is a defect in materials or craftsmanship.
• Cosmetic or tonal preferences (such as pitch or color variation) are not valid reasons for a return unless they differ significantly from what was agreed upon at the time of order.
Inspection Requirement
• All returned calls must be inspected and approved by KHO Customs before a refund, exchange, or credit is issued.
• The product must be returned in unused condition and within 14 days of delivery.
• Upon receipt, we will inspect the call within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Non-Returnable Items
• Calls that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Custom calls with personal names, engravings, or designs that were approved at the time of order.
Return Process
1. Email us at KeenHunterOutdoors@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
2. If approved for return inspection, you will be provided with return instructions.
3. If the call passes inspection for a valid defect, we will issue a refund (minus shipping) or offer a replacement.
Shipping Costs
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
